the hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a local area, just next door to the old centre, river and the beach. the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, the room was well-designed with lovely decor, a bathtub and a proper rain shower. the food was appetising with good choice of choice! i really enjoyed venue's particularly good and perfect location. had some takeout meals at nha na coffee, set a few steps away from the hotel, i couldn't resist.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Jackson, just a short 5-minute walk from the center of Hoi An. the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the room is newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. the rain shower in the room is a nice touch that adds to the overall experience.

The staff was super helpful and always willing to help us with our needs. The bikes they provided were amazing and allowed us to explore the area around the hotel. , the room decoration was really cool and unique.

The bathroom design was unfortunate and made it hard to shower without soaking the whole bathroom. there was no soundproofing between rooms and we could hear all the noises from our neighbors which made it hard to sleep at night.

I was impressed by the outstanding service of this hotel. the staff exceeded my expectations, remembering my name and going out of their way to help me. the luxurious amenities were also exceptional, from the private facilities to the spa center. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby old town.

While the rooms were beautifully decorated, the bathroom layout was a minor issue. the shower was positioned above the bathtub, making it difficult to use without getting the whole area wet.

Although the location is close to the center, some guests needed to use taxis, which could be a downside for some.
